1. No Returns & No Refunds

All sales are final.

We maintain a strict No Return and No Refund Policy for all products sold through thebharatcreation.com.

Once an order has been placed, processed, shipped, or delivered, we do not accept:

Refund requests
Exchanges
Replacement requests due to change of mind
Incorrect product selection
Color preference
Size preference
Personal preference
Accidental orders

Slight layer lines and surface textures are a natural characteristic of 3D printed products.
Minor color differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or production batches.
Small dimensional tolerances are normal in the 3D printing process.

These characteristics are not considered manufacturing defects and are not grounds for returns or refunds.

4. Customer Responsibility

Before placing an order, customers are responsible for:

Verifying dimensions, colors, and quantities.
Providing an accurate shipping address and contact information.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

A product damaged during transit, or
An incorrect product due to an error on our part,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photographs of the product and packaging
An unboxing video (if available)
A brief description of the issue

After verification, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement if the claim is found to be genuine. No cash refund will be provided.
